Abstract

Atmospheric pressure plasma jet APPJ is one of the systems most used for producing chemical active reactions. Plasma jet generation uses various configurations, and power sources drive the discharge. Review and several chemical reactions can occur inside the plasma, producing several reactive species such as electrons, ions, and free radicals. There are different reactive species performed inside the plasma atmospheric pressure plays a role. hydroxyl (OH), these species have important effects in different applications, especially in medical and biological applications. Mechanism of producing the OH and O₃ radicals in different plasma jets. The chemical reactions govern the mechanism of OH and O₃ reactions with other species inside the plasma, as summarized in previous works and reviewed in discussions. Finally, there is a Discussion of medical applications of atmospheric pressure plasma jets APPJs including wound healing.
